Returns Policy

Business Customers (B2B Orders)
• Orders placed by businesses are non-returnable, unless goods are:
• Faulty,
• Damaged on arrival, or
• Misdescribed.
• Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Consumer Customers (B2C Orders)
If you are purchasing as a consumer, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply.
• You may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.
• Goods must be unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

Hygiene & Food Safety Products
• Many of our products are sealed for hygiene and food safety reasons (e.g. food packaging, cutlery, disposable tableware).
• Once the outer seal or packaging has been broken, we cannot accept returns, unless goods are faulty or damaged.
• This applies to both B2B and B2C orders.

Custom Printed & Bespoke Products
• All custom-printed or bespoke packaging is non-returnable and non-refundable, unless defective.


Damages & Shortages
• Please check your delivery upon receipt.
• Any damages, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs where applicable.
• If goods arrive damaged, we will work with you to resolve the issue in line with this policy.
