Delivery Information
Standard Delivery
• Free delivery on all orders over £50 + VAT.
• Orders under £50 + VAT will incur a standard delivery charge of £6.99 + VAT.
• We aim to deliver all orders within 1–3 working days.
Delivery Services
• We use Evri Next Day Delivery for most shipments.
• Once goods are handed to Evri, we are not liable for courier delays or losses in transit.
• Tracking details will be provided where available.
Regional Surcharges
• Deliveries to certain regions (e.g. Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and remote postcodes) may incur additional charges.
• Any surcharges will be passed on at cost, and we will contact you before dispatch if this applies.
Pallet Deliveries
• For large orders, we may deliver using a pallet service.
• If we decide to ship by pallet, this will be included free of charge if your order qualifies for free delivery.
• If you specifically request pallet delivery, this will be charged at cost — please contact us in advance for a quotation.
